My first experience with Dr Jennifer was after a 9 hour flight from Europe. My neck was stiff. I was nauseous, light headed and suffering from jet lag.

After one treatment I was significantly better and able to go back to work.

My first adjustment was quite dramatic. I immediately felt more peaceful. I haven' t taken Ambien since because i the dread of going to bed is gone. I didn't want to go to bed because i couldn't sleep without knocking myself out.

My knees were overnight better. No limping in the morning.

I am at my third adjustment period now. Some stiffness in my knees has returned but it is not like it was. I am still not taking Ambien.
